Dabria Aguilar
Contemporary
An alum of Dance Conservatory of Charleston’s pre- professional program, Dabria attended CLI Conservatory after graduation and eventually signed with Clear Talent Agency. Since moving to New York City in 2022, Dabira has performed with Troy Schumacher’s contemporary company, Ballet Collective and with Twyla Tharp’s 2023 season at The Joyce Theatre. Dabria was a member of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular ensemble and most recently joined the company of Broadway’s Moulin Rouge!

Nick Alvino
Musical Theater
Nick Alvino loves to perform. Nick most recently was seen on Broadway in The Music Man, directed by Jerry Zaks and choreographed by Warren Carlyle.
His credits also include The Light in the Piazza directed by Chay Yew and choreographed by Parker Esse. He also performed in Montclair State University’s productions of Urinetown and Guys and Dolls.
Nick’s earliest training was at The Growing Studio, Dancer Palooza and Alexa’s Dance Academy. Currently based in New York City, Nick has danced in Broadway Bares and continues to dance, choreograph and teach.

Vanessa Eirekat
Jazz/Funk
Vanessa Figueroa was born and raised in Little Falls, NJ, where she trained seriously in dance at a young age. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA in April 2019. Her training and explorations have allowed her to perform in works created by Jennifer Archibald, Tyce Diorio, Christopher Huggins, Jason McDole, Kiesha Lalama, Garfield Lemonius and more. She is also proud to be the former President of "Impulse", the hip-hop club at Point Park University, where she cultivated a safe space for dancers to freely express themselves through Hip-Hop and Jazz funk forms. Vanessa is honored to have experienced opportunities such as performing “Kinex”choreographed by Kiesha Lalama at the Joyce Theatre for the NYC Dance Alliance Foundation in 2018.

Megan Goldstein
Lyrical
Megan Goldstein, born and raised in Orange County, California, now lives and works in Los Angeles, where she has built a diverse career in the entertainment industry. Her credits span film, television, music videos, and live performances, including notable projects like Love, Death, and Robots (S3 E9 “Jibaro”), NBC’s This is Us (S5), The World’s Best (S1), Tate McRae’s music video “Stupid,” Lanco’s “You’ll Always Be” music video, and Swan Lake Reimagined at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. In 2022, Megan toured with the artist BANKS, performing at iconic venues like Radio City Music Hall, Lollapalooza, and the Chicago House of Blues.
Megan began her dance journey at age 9, training in Russian Vaganova Ballet under the guidance of Dmitri and Jennifer Kulev at Dmitri Kulev Classical Ballet Academy. She performed in numerous classical works such as Valse Fantasies, Serenade, The Nutcracker, Giselle, Swan Lake, and Cinderella. Her contemporary training flourished with the pre-professional company Westside Dance Project, where she worked with renowned choreographers like Jessie Riley, Spenser Theberge, Jermaine Spivey, and Peter Chu, among others.

Kristen Gorski
Musical Theater
Kristen completed a 10 year run as an Original Cast Member of WICKED the Musical where she had the opportunity to be Dance Captain, play the role of the Witch's Mother, and was Associate Choreographer to Wayne Cilento for the 1st National Tour which is still on the road. Through this time she continued her commercial and voice over career, has performed on The Today Show, The Late Show with David Letterman, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and The Tony Awards.
Kristen is on the faculty of NUVO Dance Convention and has taught master classes in Musical Theater all over the country. Her focus in her teaching is performance, intention, energy, detail and musicality!

Kensie Keele
Contemp Fusion/Hip Hop
Kensie Keele was raised in Clayton, North Carolina and started dancing at the young age of four. She trained and competed at Prestige Dance Institute for 8 years and started teaching and choreographing at 16 years old all around North Carolina and surrounding states. After high school, Kensie went to the Inaugural year of Teddy Forance’s CLI Conservatory, where she trained under names such as Robert Green, Tyce D’orio, Mike Keefe, Al Blackstone, Brian Nicholson, JA Collective and more. At CLI, she was able to be a part of music videos such as “Dance. Dance? Dance!” Directed and choreographed by The Seaweed Sisters and “I’m So Blessed Your Mine” choreographed by Monika Felice Smith. She also danced, sang and acted in Al Blackstone’s and Billy Griffin’s original musical “A Good Day.”

Jenna Kulacz
Contemporary
Jenna Kulacz, a multi-disciplinary artist originally from Westchester, New York, graduated summa cum laude from Elon University with a BFA in Dance Performance & Choreography. She is currently a company member with EMERGE125 under the direction of Tiffany Rea-Fisher. Jenna has also performed with Pilobolus, Gaspard&Dancers, and Christal Brown’s INSPIRIT as a soloist in Arts Across America: A Live Virtual Performance at the John F. Kennedy Center. She has worked with a variety of New York project-based companies in performances including the Harlem Dance Festival, AThomasProject at Bryant Park Summer Performing Arts Series, and with Kristin Sudeikis Dance at Rockefeller Center. She was a featured cameo dancer in Public Works’ The Tempest at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park. She is honored to inspire and share her love for dance with the students she teaches at Westchester Dance Academy and Ferrari Dance Center and as an assistant at New York City Dance Alliance.

Jess LeProtto
Musical Theater
Jess LeProtto is a New Jersey native and Broadway performer, who holds a B.F.A. Musical Theater at Pace University.
Broadway credits include: Carousel, Hello, Dolly!, Cats (Mungojerrie), On The Town, Newsies (OBC), Bye Bye Birdie, How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, and The Boy From Oz. National Tours/Regional Theater include: Hello, Dolly! (Barnaby Tucker), Radio City Christmas Spectacular (Grand Ole Opry), American Dance Machine for the 21st Century (Joyce Theater), A Bronx Tale (Papermill Playhouse), In Your Arms (Old Globe Theater), Freddie Falls in Love (Signature Theater).
Film/Television credits include: West Side Story (directed by Steven Spielberg), So You Think You Can Dance (Season 8, Top 8), Smash, Law & Order: SVU, One Life to Live, and the MTV VMAs.

Pamela Licht
Ballroom
Pamela has been an instructor at Rogers Dancesport Center for almost 20 years. Her training in the studio began at the age of nine. Having also trained in other dance forms, she was an original member of the New Jersey Tap Ensemble and received a BFA in Dance from Montclair State University.
Along with her competitive accomplishments, Pamela has also taken her Professional Examinations in the Theater Arts, American Smooth, American Rhythm, International Latin and Ballroom styles passing highly commended through the United States Terpsichore Association (USTA) and has recently been added to their prestigious list of USTA Examiners. Pamela is a licensed Adjudicator and Invigilator with the National Dance Council of America (NDCA) with which she co-authored the currently accepted step list for American Rhythm Style with Diana McDonald and Rufus Dustin . Pamela is also currently an adjunct professor at Montclair State University teaching 6 full credits and a member of the Rotary Club of the Caldwells.

Toni Marceron
Tap
Toni has been dancing since she was two years old at Elower-Sicilia Productions. Inspired by her mother, grandmother and aunts who instilled the dancing bug in her at an early age, Toni continues to spread her love for dance to her students. She is now the Company Director of the Esp Performing Company & Leads their Tap Program. Toni has also recently this past year Joined the Supernova Dance Company Faculty as their in house Tap Director. Although trained in all forms of dance, Toni developed a love for Tap and Jazz early on. Keith Clifton, Tom Alexander, and Mark Goodman are at the top of Toni's list of influences and teachers she calls friends. Toni has won multiple scholarships and award over the years, all of which comes second to her love for teaching others.

Anthony Morigerato
Tap
Anthony Morigerato is a tap dancer, producer, director, writer, and Emmy nominated choreographer. Anthony is the executive producer and artistic director for AM Dance Productions, an award winning film and dance theater production company.
In 2014, Anthony founded and is currently the co-director and managing partner of Operation: Tap, an online forum that is dedicated to immersing tap dancing into the public’s consciousness. He has appeared as a choreographer and/or a performer on television shows including The Tony Danza Show, America’s Got Talent, The Arsenio Hall Show, and So You Think You Can Dance, for which he received an Emmy Nomination. Anthony holds the world record for “most tap sounds in one minute” having made 1,163 sounds.
Anthony is an accomplished dancer in multiple disciplines, having trained at Marymount Manhattan College, where he performed the works of Robert Battle, Elizabeth Higgins, Jiri Kylian, David Parsons, Katie Langan and William Soleu. He has recently participated in choreographic residencies at Marymount Manhattan College, Pace University, and is an artist in residence at the American Tap Dance Foundation. Most recently, he served as Assistant Choreographer for the Broadway Revival of Funny Girl and was an original cast member/contributing choreographer to the award winning Ayodele Casel, Chasing Magic. Anthony continues to travel as a performer, teacher and choreographer for dance organizations, festivals, theater schools, and dance studios all over the world.

Carlos Neto
Hip Hop
In 1991, at the age of 6, Carlos Neto (he/him) trained in martial arts intensively throughout Europe. During the 1990s and early 2000s he achieved recognition at both national and international competitions. In 1998 he joined the cast of a primetime TV series in Portugal, his home country, and had several appearances in the film industry. He moved to the UK in 2004 where he trained as a dancer and also earned his BA and Masters Degree in International Journalism at Cardiff University.
In order to further his training, Carlos also studied acting at Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC. Since 2004, Carlos has danced for the Dutch show BLAZE directed by Anthony Van Laast; played the role of ‘Sudsy’ in West End's hit show Some Like It Hip Hop; portrayed John Travolta’s character in the Nintendo video game "Grease," and danced for PS3 Sony Dance Star Party. He was featured in the Bloomingdales 2015 commercial in the USA, choreographed and directed for Warner Brothers, SyCo Music, Sony BMG, Atlantic Records, Britain's Got Talent, Matchbox Twenty, Melanie Martinez, Sergey Lazarev, Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, the Broadway production of Circolombia, and The Fringe NYC.
He was the creative director of the largest dance competition in the world, World of Dance. In 2014 NYIT Awards presented him with the honor of "Outstanding Choreography/Movement" for his Off-Broadway work, which includes choreography for the comedy play Gymnos: A Geek’s Tragedy, as well as the dance show Alone-Ology He is a faculty member many prestigious dance schools in NYC and one of the selected expert contributors to Backstage.com. Currently, Carlos is working between New York City and London both as a choreographer and actor.

Charles Renato
Tap
Charles was born and raised in Brazil. He began tap-dancing at the age of 6 and hasn’t stopped since. Mr. Renato has won several renowned awards throughout his career including Best Dancer of the Joinville Dance Festival (2002), the latter considered to be the largest dance festival in the world by the Guinness World Records (2008). He was also the winner of the Brazilian network TV Globo Challenge Show in 2009.
Charles has performed in various cities around the world such as Lisbon, where he joined the cast of the musical Sinatra – Blue Eyes. Back in Brazil, Renato was a member of the "KS Tap Company," which is responsible for bringing together the most sought after teachers of the nation. As a choreographer, Charles was awarded for best choreography on the hit Brazilian TV show Domingão do Faustão in 2010 as well as at the 2013 Festidança Festival. In 2012 Charles was also nominated for Best Choreographer at the Desterro Award. Renato has choreographed for the Águia de Ouro Samba school, where he was responsible for the carnival float titled The Biggest Festivals, which hosted some of the most distinguished performers in Brazilian music such as Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil and Rita Lee. In 2013, he was also invited to choreograph the hit TV show Chiquititas. Charles has been invited to choreograph for many Brazilian and International companies over the years. In 2013 he was invited to represent Brazil in Chicago at the Rhythm World and was asked to choreograph a piece for the Chicago Human Rhythm Project Festival featuring students from all over the world. After much success, Charles was invited to return the following year.
Charles’ ever-ascending career has also led him to teach in Los Angeles at the L.A Tap Fest (2011), directed by the EMMY award winner Jason Samuels Smith, and in Washington, DC at the DC Tap Festival (2013/2015), directed by the Syncopated Ladies Chloe and Maud Arnold. Since Mr. Renato moved to America, he has been teaching in New York and Washington DC, also performing with the tap company Apartment 33 directed by Chloe Arnold and with Michelle Dorrance.

Heather Rigg
Jazz
Heather is an energetic, enthusiastic teacher whose class focuses on developing strong jazz technique. Students are expected to have a basic knowledge of dance and a willingness to learn in a patient, low pressure environment. Her 45 minute warm-up concentrates on strength and flexibility which is used in her fast-paced and fun choreography. Heather was also an assistant to Frank Hatchett/ VOP Style.

Jamie Salmon
Ballet
Jamie Salmon received her professional ballet training as a youth with Dana Kennedy, Melissa Hayden and Paul Meija. She attended the North Carolina School of the Arts for Jr. high and high school. Further training was received at the School of American Ballet and the Joffrey Ballet school, where she became a member of the Joffrey Concert Group performing lead roles in classics and new works.Jamie has also worked with Kirk Peterson and Louis Falco as well as dancing in commercials, tv, film and print work. Jamie began her teaching career at the Joffrey Ballet school as ballet mistress for the Concert Group and teaching at the Joffrey school. She is well known on the Dance Convention circuit teaching for Danny Hoctor’s Dance Caravan, Professional Dance Teacher’s Association Dance Masters and as a judge for the Stars of Tomorrow Dance Competition. Jamie has been training dancers of all ages for over 20 years. Her students can be seen on Broadway, television, in classical and contemporary companies as well as attending the finest ballet schools and college dance programs in America.

Amy Semtak
Acro/Technique
Amy Semtak studied dance since the age of 4 years old. When growing up Amy dreamed of nothing but owning her own studio. Amy received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in dance from Montclair State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. There, she studied many famous choreographers, such as Alwin Nikolais, Jose Limon, Bill T. Jones, etc., as well as performed in the American College Dance Festival (ACDF). Amy has been teaching dance since the age of 16. She is well known throughout the dance world not only for her dancing abilities, but as well as her teaching and choreography skills. She has been continuously recognized for her outstanding choreography. Amy has had students that have performed at such prestigious venues as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and the Kennedy Center, not to mention, the halftime show of the Orange Bowl. They have also received invites to perform at both the summer and winter Olympics. Amy's students were 1 of 5 schools selected in the Northeast Region to compete in the first ever World Dance Championship Series (WDCS) hosted by the Federation of Dance Competitions (FDC). Amy has had students on to Broadway, TV, as well as highly renowned dance teams across the US.

Hilary Thornburgh Nicolai
Ballet
Hilary Thornburgh Nicolai began her training at age 8 and was dancing professionally with Indianapolis Ballet Theater by age 14. She spent her summers training at The School of American Ballet, The Joffrey Ballet School, The Rock School of The Pennsylvania Ballet, The Washington School of Ballet, and The Chautauqua School of Dance before joining the Metropolitan Opera Ballet in New York City.
Hilary appeared in Christopher Wheeldon’s Le Voyage and participated in the New York City Ballet Education Department’s Lecture Demonstration program, performing Peter Martin’s Eight Easy Pieces, Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, Cortege Hongrois and Puss n’ Boots under the direction of Suki Schorer.
Hilary danced principal roles in Swan Lake and The Nutcracker, under the tutelage of New York City Ballet principal dancers Patricia McBride and Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux, and performed in Petipa’s Giselle and Balanchine’s Serenade, Western Symphony, La Source and Four Temperaments.
Hilary is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 7 & Partnering of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. She is an accomplished instructor and is recognized for her uncompromising attention to detail and challenging her students to challenge themselves.
She holds a BA in Literature and Writing from Columbia University (cum laude) and an MA in Dance Education: ABT Pedagogy from New York University.

Tara Vecchio
Contemporary
Tara is currently a professional working dancer and choreographer in the Tristate area. She is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and HipHop/Foundation styles. Tara has danced with Jennifer Lopez for her VMA Vanguard Performance at Radio City, and her Live Concert on The Today Show. As well as with BTS on their “Love Yourself” tour stop in NYC, and a dancer in the film “In The Heights.” Most recently she has performed with Julianne Hough during her performance on NBC’s 2020 New Years Eve special and with BTS at the United Nations General Assembly.
Tara performed at venues such as NY/LA Carnival, Sybarite, World of Dance, ACE Awards and more. She also has been recognized and won awards for her own choreography at numerous competitions and got selected to showcase her work at the 2019 Young Choreographers Festival in New York. Currently on tour teaching with Artistic Dance Exchange and signed with Clear Talent Group NY.

Allison Westrick
Contemporary
Allison Westrick started her dance training at age 3, and was an award-winning competition dancer in all genres through age 15, at which time she began pre-professional training through a New York City based company. Her company provided countless opportunities to perform and train in all dance styles with multiple international experiences in Cuba, Sicily, and India. Allison will be continuing to broaden her international portfolio through a study abroad semester
exchange in London as part of her Dance Performance BFA at SUNY – Purchase College, with an anticipated graduation date of May, 2024. Allison has performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Broadway BC/EFA Easter Bonnet Competition, the Aditya Birla Awards in Mumbai, India, a Dancers Demand Action Benefit at the Joyce Theater, as well a United Nations Reception for Adolescent Health. Allison started teaching a few years ago and absolutely loves working with children to help foster their education and passion for dance!
