Please note that students must be officially registered for all classes they plan to attend.
Tuition & Due Dates
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is based on annual enrollment and is divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience. Therefore, tuition is not prorated for missed classes or adjusted based on the number of class weeks in a particular month. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of whether a month contains three, four, or five class weeks.
Students who miss a class are encouraged to attend a make-up class whenever possible. Please contact the studio in advance to arrange an appropriate make-up option.
A $10 late fee will be applied to any tuition payment not received by the due date.
Payment Options
IDA accepts payments by cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments may be made in person at the studio or conveniently online through the Parent Portal in Dance Studio Pro.
Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee.
Auto-Pay Enrollment
For added convenience, families may enroll in Auto-Pay through Dance Studio Pro. By maintaining a valid credit card on file in the Parent Portal, monthly tuition payments will be automatically processed at the beginning of each month.
If an Auto-Pay transaction is declined or unsuccessful, notification will be provided and an alternate form of payment must be submitted immediately to avoid late fees or account delinquency.
Discounts
IDA proudly offers a $10 monthly sibling discount for each additional child enrolled.
Recital Costume Information
Recital costume deposits are typically collected in November or December in preparation for our annual June recital performance. The initial deposit is generally 50% of the total costume cost, with most costumes averaging approximately $100.
Final costume pricing includes the costume, tights, and any required accessories such as hats, gloves, hairpieces, or other performance items.
The remaining balance will be due once costumes have arrived and fittings have been completed. Costumes will not be distributed to students until all costume balances have been paid in full.
