*IDA offers special discounted rates for students interested in enrolling in unlimited classes. To inquire about these rates, please contact the studio directly. Please note: Students must be officially registered for all classes they intend to attend.

 

Due Date

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Please note that tuition is not prorated for missed classes or based on the number of weeks in a given month. The monthly tuition remains consistent regardless of whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks of classes.

Students who are absent are encouraged to attend a make-up class. Please contact the studio in advance to discuss available make-up options. A $10 late fee will be applied to any tuition payments not received by the due date.

Payment Options
Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments can be processed either in person at the studio or online via the Parent Portal in Dance Studio Pro. Please note: A processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

 

Auto-Pay Enrollment
Parents have the option to enroll in Auto-Pay through Dance Studio Pro. As long as a valid credit card is saved on file in the Parent Portal, tuition will be automatically charged at the start of each month. In the event that an Auto-Pay transaction fails, a notification will be sent, and an alternative form of payment will be required immediately.

There is a $10/month discount for any sibling.

Recital Costume Information

Recital costume deposits are typically collected in November or December in preparation for our annual June recital. The deposit amount is generally 50% of the total costume cost, which typically ranges from $90 to $100.

​

The final costume price includes the costume itself, tights, and any required accessories such as hats or hairpieces. Final payments are due once costumes have arrived and have been fitted on all students. Please note that costumes will not be distributed until all outstanding costume balances are paid in full.
