Nick Alvino loves to perform. Nick most recently was seen on Broadway in The Music Man, directed by Jerry Zaks and choreographed by Warren Carlyle.

His credits also include The Light in the Piazza directed by Chay Yew and choreographed by Parker Esse. He also performed in Montclair State University’s productions of Urinetown and Guys and Dolls.

Nick’s earliest training was at The Growing Studio, Dancer Palooza and Alexa’s Dance Academy. Currently based in New York City, Nick has danced in Broadway Bares and continues to dance, choreograph and teach.

Gracie is currently touring with the Broadway National tour of CATS as a Dance Captain and Swing. She grew up training and competing in Latin, Standard and Smooth ballroom styles all around the world. She is honored to be a 13x top six finalist at NDCA’s U.S. Nationals in the Latin and Standard championships. As a two-time U.S. national champion, she represented the U.S. at the WDC World Championships in Paris, France placing 14th in Youth Latin and 8th in the Fred Astaire Cup. She went on to graduate from Marymount Manhattan College as the Gold Key recipient for her BFA in Dance, concentrating in ballet..

Michael has been privileged to work alongside top productions, such as “Guys and Dolls," "West Side Story," "Show Boat," and other musical performances at The Kennedy Center, as well as touring many other international stages. He has also worked as a principal guesting with The Washington National Opera, Adam Miller Dance Project, Kinetic Dance Works, TranscenDance Group, Brooklyn Ballet, and Ballet Neo.

While signed with New York Model Management, Mr. Crawford had the honor to internationally campaign. He has walked in several seasons of NYC Fashion Week. He also appeared in the feature film "Step Up" and can be seen on television in ABC’s production of “Forever.”

Michael is also an award-winning teacher and choreographer. He has been teaching and choreographing nationally and internationally for 10 years. He has coached many prize-winning students for competitions, such as Youth America Grand Prix, NYC Dance Alliance, and Showstoppers Dance Competition. He has taught at many studios including Broadway Dance Center, Metropolitan School of the Arts, Princeton Ballet, and many, many more.

Spencer Dennis is a dancer and movement practitioner from Phoenix, Arizona. Spencer’s teaching explores the integration of diverse movement practices including yoga, soft acrobatics, and contemporary floorwork while connecting his teaching to the actions and movements of everyday life. He has danced for several companies in the United States including CONDER|DANCE, Groundworks Dance Theater, Hawkins Dance, The Difference Between, and Soulescape. Throughout his career he has performed the works of Brian Brooks, Eric Handman, Amy Miller, Robyn Mineko Williams, Kathryn Altar, Peter Chu, and more. He has been twice awarded as an Arizona Artist of Promise for both his choreography and performance. Spencer is currently adjunct faculty at Scottsdale Community College and a faculty member with Revive Dance Convention.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Destanye Diaz has built an impressive career as both a performer and choreographer. Her artistry has been showcased on numerous Latin television programs, and she has had the privilege of assisting top choreographers while touring with DanceOne (formerly Break The Floor), as well as working closely with her longtime mentors Victor Smalley and Angel Armas.

Destanye began dancing at just three years old, performing her first solo by the age of four. By seven, she had fully immersed herself in an elite dance training regimen that included homeschooling to accommodate her demanding schedule. Under the direction of Angel Armas and Victor Smalley at Stars Dance Studio, Destanye developed into one of the nation’s premier competitive dancers. Her foundation in ballet and contemporary styles is complemented by versatility across modern, tap, and hip-hop, giving her performances a distinctive edge and emotional depth.

Now an accomplished choreographer, Destanye continues to inspire the next generation of dancers. She has created award-winning choreography for soloists and groups at top national competitions including Jump, Nuvo, 24 Seven, Radix, and NYCDA, and collaborates with studios across the U.S. and internationally. With her blend of technical excellence, creative vision, and mentorship, Destanye empowers young artists to reach their fullest potential—on stage and beyond.

Kristen was immersed in the world of dance from a young age and is a veteran in the professional entertainment industry. At the age of 5, she began working as a model in national campaigns, filming television commercials, acting in films, and recording voiceovers, which eventually led to voice and acting lessons that ignited her passion for Broadway. By age 8, she was accepted into the prestigious School of American Ballet, where she trained for eight years and performed in numerous productions with the New York City Ballet.

Kristen continued her education at Syracuse University as a Musical Theater major. While still in college, she began her 16-year Broadway career when she was cast in the original company of Footloose as a featured dancer and understudy for the role of Wendy-Jo. Kristen was also an Original Cast Member of Wicked on Broadway, where she served as Dance Captain, played the role of the Witch’s Mother, and worked as Associate Choreographer to Wayne Cilento for the national tour.

Throughout her career, Kristen has continued her commercial and voiceover work, with appearances on The Today Show, The Late Show with David Letterman, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and The Tony Awards. In her classes, she shares her passion for musical theatre through intention, attention to detail, energy, and musicality.

Nicole Messina is an accomplished tap dancer, choreographer, and educator with more than 25 years of teaching experience. Her professional career began after competing in the 1999 Miss America Pageant, where she was a Top 10 finalist and Preliminary Talent Award winner for her tap dancing performance. Following the pageant, Nicole spent several years performing professionally as a dancer and actress. Her credits include appearances at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., the Marquis Theatre on Broadway, and the Harris and Showboat Casinos in Atlantic City. She also toured nationally with Absolut Tap, a production choreographed by Aaron Tolson. In addition to her stage work, Nicole appeared in television, film, and commercial projects and served as a guest host on QVC. Nicole later shifted her focus to choreography and dance education, where she has earned widespread recognition for her work. She has received numerous regional and national choreography awards and is a 13-time Industry Dance Awards nominee for Best Tap Choreography.

Passionate about preserving and advancing the art of tap dance, Nicole founded Tap Impact, a youth tap ensemble dedicated to inspiring local communities through performance, education, and the rich history of tap dance. The group combines tap dance and spoken word to create meaningful and engaging artistic experiences. Throughout her career, Nicole has taught at dance conventions and festivals across North America, including Utah Tap Fest, Toronto Dance Expo, and SoFlo Tap Fest. She currently serves as guest faculty at Broadway Dance Center in New York City and Powerhouse Dance in New Jersey. She was recently ranked as the number twi most influential tap dance influencer on the 2026 Feedspot top 40 list.

During the 1990s and early 2000s Carlos achieved recognition at both national and international competitions. In 1998 he joined the cast of a primetime TV series in Portugal, his home country, and had several appearances in the film industry. He moved to the UK in 2004 where he trained as a dancer and also earned his BA and Masters Degree in International Journalism at Cardiff University.

In order to further his training, Carlos also studied acting at Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC. Since 2004, Carlos has danced for the Dutch show BLAZE directed by Anthony Van Laast; played the role of ‘Sudsy’ in West End's hit show Some Like It Hip Hop; portrayed John Travolta’s character in the Nintendo video game "Grease," and danced for PS3 Sony Dance Star Party. He was featured in the Bloomingdales 2015 commercial in the USA, choreographed and directed for Warner Brothers, SyCo Music, Sony BMG, Atlantic Records, Britain's Got Talent, Matchbox Twenty, Melanie Martinez, Sergey Lazarev, Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, the Broadway production of Circolombia, and The Fringe NYC.

He was the creative director of the largest dance competition in the world, World of Dance. In 2014 NYIT Awards presented him with the honor of "Outstanding Choreography/Movement" for his Off-Broadway work, which includes choreography for the comedy play Gymnos: A Geek’s Tragedy, as well as the dance show Alone-Ology He is a faculty member many prestigious dance schools in NYC and one of the selected expert contributors to Backstage.com. Currently, Carlos is working between New York City and London both as a choreographer and actor.

Rachel Quiner was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and began her formal ballet training at the North Jersey School of Dance Arts. From 2015-2018, she danced the role of Clara for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. She is a ballet dancer in the movie The Greatest Showman starring Hugh Jackman. In 2017, she placed second in classical and contemporary at the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) Semifinals in Philadelphia and was a scholarship recipient at the YAGP Finals. She joined American Ballet Theatre’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School in 2020. Highlights from her time there included performances in Complexions Contemporary Ballet’s Gala at the Joyce Theater, the International Rescue Committee Gala at Gotham Hall and ABT’s Fall Gala at Lincoln Center in 2023. She has guested as the Sugar Plum Fairy for Hunterdon Hills Ballet, Strictly Ballet and Washington Rock Dance. She has also danced the role of Clara for New Jersey Ballet’s Nutcracker in 2023. Rachel joined American Repertory Ballet in January 2024. At ARB she has performed many roles including Florine, the White Cat, Holberg Suite, Anthony Tudor’s Little Improvisations, a Lassie & Sylph in the premiere of Ethan Stiefel’s Spirit of the Highlands, the Flames of Paris Pas De Deux, and a soloist variation in Paquita.

Hannah Ramos is a recent graduate from Point Park University, where she earned a B.F.A. in Dance, with a Musical Theater minor, and a M.A. in Public Relations, Advertising, & Social Media. She is constantly striving to expand her artistry and versatility in dance, voice, and acting.

​Throughout her career, Hannah has had the privilege of collaborating with many esteemed choreographers and artists, including Mia Michaels, Nappytabs, Nikos Lagousakos, Al Blackstone, Maud Arnold, Ahmad Simmons, Christopher Huggins, Early Mosley, Leslie Brown, Danny Herman, Rocker Verastique, Kiki Lucas, and Jason Mcdole.

Hannah’s performance credits include the Chita Rivera Awards, Aditya Burla Corporate Award Show, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Pittsburgh Today Live, the Joyce Theater, and the Guggenheim Museum. Hannah performed as a featured dancer and ensemble member in Pittsburgh Musical Theater's production of Jesus Christ Superstar, at the Byham Theater. Most recently, Hannah could be seen as a Lead Performer in The Pittsburgh Playhouse's immersive production, Ascend.

Heather has been fortunate enough to perform in shows with artists such as Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Beyoncé (Destiny’s Child), and P!nk. She was also an NBA Dancer for the Nets.

She has choreographed for television (CBS), international promo tours, Off-Broadway performances, and numerous music videos. Some of her other performance and choreography credits include national and international industrials for American Express, Coca-Cola, MAXIM, and Volkswagen. She has also taught extensively for several prestigious studios in Nagoya, Japan.

At BDC she is credited for her inspirational work with the ISVP, the Children and Teen Program (AIM), and the Absolute Beginner Workshop. She has been featured in numerous articles, such as in Dance Teacher Magazine | How I Teach Commercial Jazz, and on Dance-Teacher.com, among many others.

She loves teaching dance and provides a safe and fun space for dancers to work on strong Jazz technique, exciting choreography, and an opportunity to be yourself in a low pressure environment. Heather's choreography is suited for ages 16+. If younger dancers are in class, choreography will be adjusted appropriately.

Amy Semtak studied dance since the age of 4 years old. When growing up Amy dreamed of nothing but owning her own studio. Amy received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in dance from Montclair State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. There, she studied many famous choreographers, such as Alwin Nikolais, Jose Limon, Bill T. Jones, etc., as well as performed in the American College Dance Festival (ACDF). Amy has been teaching dance since the age of 16. She is well known throughout the dance world not only for her dancing abilities, but as well as her teaching and choreography skills. She has been continuously recognized for her outstanding choreography. Amy has had students that have performed at such prestigious venues as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and the Kennedy Center, not to mention, the halftime show of the Orange Bowl. They have also received invites to perform at both the summer and winter Olympics. Amy's students were 1 of 5 schools selected in the Northeast Region to compete in the first ever World Dance Championship Series (WDCS) hosted by the Federation of Dance Competitions (FDC). Amy has had students on to Broadway, TV, as well as highly renowned dance teams across the US.

Allison began her pre-professional career through Z Artists Group, where she was given many opportunities to travel and perform. Her international experiences include a cultural exchange with Malpaso Dance Company through the Joyce Theater Foundation in Havana, Cuba, Assisting her mentor Joelle Cosentino at the DanzArt Festival in Sicily, Italy, and a residency in Mumbai, India. Allison has notably performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Broadway’s BC/EFA Easter Bonnet Competition, Dancers Demand Action Benefit at the Joyce Theater, as well as United Nations Reception for Adolescent Health. She received her BFA in Dance Performance at SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance in May 2024. During her studies, she had the opportunity to perform works by Martin Løfsnes, Nattie Trogdon and Hollis Bartlett, and Doung Varone and Dancers among others.

Allison has done additional training with Joy Apluerto Ritter through B12 international festival, Juliano Nunes and Flockworks at Orsolina28, the EXPLORE Program at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, New Jersey Dance Theater Ensemble’s Ballet Intensive, and more. Allison was also chosen to represent Purchase at London Contemporary Dance School as a study abroad student, where she performed works that culminated from investigative processes. Allison has taught and choreographed for many dance studios in the NJ and Northeast area. She continues to deepen in her creativity, and her work reflects her vast collection of technical styles and worldly experiences.
